Rush Fee Policy
– Rush Fees are $10 on Flyers
– Rush Fees are $45 on Videos

Visual On Demand Program Policy
– Edits do not count as a graphic.
– Updates to an existing graphic does not count as a graphic.
– A new graphic is defined as a completely new design concept.
– Clients provides EBEPR Studios with creative briefs for each week or for the entire month
– EBEPR Studios will coordinate creatives based on the design requirements and priorities mentioned int he creative brief

Graphic Design Request Policy
– Graphic Design Request must be submitted no later than 24hrs to the due date.
– Fi requests are received within 24 Hours to the due date, a rush fee will apply.
– Last Minute request for same day turn around is an additional $50 for flyers, banners, & or social media post.
– Last minute request for same day turn around is an additional $100 for video & motion grpahics.
– All Requests received outside of normal working hours will receive a response the next business day.
– All Requests received during business hours will receive a response within 24 Hours.
– All requests must be submitted via the Website.
– Requests are not received via phone call
– Request are not recevied via a text message

Payment Policy
– All payment is upfront.
– There is no half-down option
– The clock starts once payment is received.
– Client has 3 Days to pay for design project. After 3 Days, the PM will cancel the design request. Client will need to ensure to submit another request and make the payment.

Revisions Policy
– Extra revisions will be charged according to the complexity of the revision
– Edits are not considered revisions and will not count as a revision
– Edits involve making sentence-level changes while Revisions involve making major changes to the content, structure and or organization.
– Revisions can take up to 2 Business Days based on the complexity.
– Revisions that take longer than 48 hours will be explained to the customer.
